Each case is solved by our specialist individually as a three-step-project:

1. ANALYSIS
We analyze especially the needs and requirements for the speed, volume, basic and additional functions, sharing, data security etc. as well as the office product condition, contemporary volume and running costs and document flow. Analyses and audit is prepared free of charge.

2. HW SOLUTION PROPOSAL
We propose the most suitable hw solution that meets all needs and requirements with the aim to optimize and speed up current document production process, to enhance users´ comfort, unify and reduce the number of office machines to the amount necessary for effective document flow process.

3. PROPOSAL OF FINANCING AND IMPLEMENTATION

With the oliRENT finance program the implemented hw is paid by monthly fees that include the basic volume of copies and prints. Copies and prints that are not covered by the basic fee are invoiced extra in the agreed price for a page (click). Office machines are installed and implemented into network by our specialists, after that we provide the training for users and network system administrators. During machines lifetime we provide regular maintenance, repairs, consumable deliveries, user support etc. at our own expense. In case of machine break down we provide an alternate product.
