As a printer works with the speed of 19 ppm b/w and up to 15 ppm color at a resolution of up to 4,800 dpi. The machine can print on a wide range of media incl. photopaper, cards, transparencies etc. As a fax offers transmission speed 33.6 Kbps, which means that 1 page is sent within 6 sec, the fax memory is for 100 text pages. Job-Jet M400 does not disappoint you even as a scanner - scanning with 48 bit depth and resolution of 1,200 x 2,400 dpi (with enhanced resolution up to 9,600 dpi) together with automatic document feeder for 35 sheets scans the whole files in unbeatable quality. And as a copier? Judge yourself: up to 19 cpm b/w, 14 cpm color, zoom 25-200%, resolution 1,200 dpi and functions like copying two pages on one, shift margin etc. The machine can be expanded with a duplex unit for reverse printing or copying and thus save paper expenses. A small machine but skilful.
